Community, Support Manager (English)

Gambody is a marketplace where one can offer for sale and/or purchase files for 3D printing. Our marketplace focuses on characters and objects from video games, movies, comic books, fiction universes etc.

We are looking for a Community manager who would help the 3D printing enthusiasts from all around the world have the best experience possible when working with our high quality 3D printing models.

Requirements:

• Advanced English
• Grammatical correctness
• Attention to detail
• Excellent research skills
• Communication skills
• Work experience in IT on a similar position connected with English-speaking market (USA+EU)
• Experience in video gaming and basic knowledge of cinema and comics will be a plus

Responsibilities:

• The provision of support to customers on the website and via different social media platforms and ticketing systems
• Processing customer’s requests and emails
